Sustaining Member Reinstatement

• Complete reinstate form here
• Pay a reinstatement fee of $15
• Pay sustaining membership fee of $75

Active Member Reinstatement

• Notify our Junior League Secretary at juniorleaguelawton@gmail.com
• Pay a reinstatement fee of $30
• Pay active membership fee of $130

Provisional Member Reinstatement

• Pay a reinstatement fee of $30
• Pay provisional membership fee of $130
